David Feingold is Chief Executive Officer of Broadstreet, Inc. David has deep and diverse expertise that makes him uniquely positioned to lead Broadstreet’s many interests. He began his career as a corporate and litigation attorney at a major national law firm where he acquired valuable business and legal knowledge through complex business transactions, arbitration, and litigation.
More recently, David has been involved in complex derivatives transactions, structuring liquidity for early investors in well-known Silicon Valley firms and handling international carry trades for multi-billion-dollar hedge funds. He has also developed more than one billion dollars’ worth of residential housing developments and participated in some of the largest complex structured finance transactions in alternative finance including portfolios derivatives, discounted factored receivables and non-performing mortgage pools.
David has also maintained a strong focus on charitable efforts throughout his career, including providing funding for several international aid projects, including a school in Guatemala, a children’s food program in Russia and a children’s health program in South America. Closer to home he has provided funding for educational projects and scholarships primarily in Florida, his home state.
David is a graduate of Emory University and Emory University Law School. David is happily married with seven children. David is based in Miami, but spends time in both Greenville, SC and Latin America.
