REMIC Division Head & Chief Trading Officer

Will Nichols, a financial executive with more than 25 years of Wall Street experience, serves as Broadstreet Inc’s real estate mortgage investment (REMIC) division head and chief trading officer. In this role, Will focuses on sales and trading of non-economic residuals, REMIC securities and derivatives, working closely with institutional clients and investment banks. His career spans positions at Lehman Brothers, ICAP and Cantor Fitzgerald, where he completed more than $10 billion in REMIC and fixed-income structured products/securities transactions. Nichols also co-developed the commercial real estate loan sales operation for Johnson Capital (now Walker Dunlop) in New York City as managing director.

Will has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University and an MBA from San Francisco State University. Additionally, he completed the Lehman Brothers MBA Associate Training program in NYC and holds a Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Will recently became a resident of Fort Lauderdale after spending 25 years in NYC. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, participating in water sports, reading and playing competitive tennis.
