Broadstreet recognizes that traditional bank financing can be a timely and difficult process for many credit-worthy businesses and as a result we have dedicated substantial amounts of capital to provide to businesses as working capital, which allows us to yield above market-rate returns in comparison to standard loan transactions. We have invested in many non-traditional structured finance transactions including mezzanine finance for real estate projects, unsecured collections on cable revenues from pay per view events and secured discounted receivable finance.
