Broadstreet’s affiliate company, Durham Homes USA, delivers move-in ready homes priced between $500,000 to $1M and has multiple developments under development across the Upstate—including Simpsonville, Duncan, Boiling Springs and Fountain Inn, SC.
Projects to-date include Tindal Park, Braxton Ridge, Squires Pointe and Turtle Creek to name a few. We generally strive to have approximately 600 homes in process at any point in the development cycle during a year.
